By requesting or participating in a group reading and/or individual reading and /or any Reiki healing sessions and by submitting payment for any goods or services provided by Maya of Divine Hugs®, you understand and agree that Maya is not nor claims to be a medical professional, licensed therapist, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional, and can not give medical, legal, or tax advice. Any information or advice given by Divine Hugs® is your personal responsibility and not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis, treatment or cure for any ailment or affliction, physical or psychological in nature.
You agree that Maya/Divine Hugs will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any goods or services provided by her or any persons representing Divine Hugs®, or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.
You agree that Divine Hugs® is not a medical doctor, psychologist or vet and does not provide any diagnosis or medical outcomes. No refunds will be issued.
You agree that Divine Hugs® does not make representations or warranties, either express or implied, when conducting a reading.
You agree that readings are for entertainment purposes only and you must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Maya does not guarantee that she will connect with a specific spirit, whether human or animal. You agree that no refunds will be issued.
Maya does not answer questions related to the stock market or personal retirement funds. You agree that no refunds will be issued.
Maya does not provide outcomes with court cases. You agree that no refund will apply.
If Maya does receive specific answers for questions, she does not guarantee specific answers for those questions will “come true” due to free will. Maya believes in providing validations for the past and/or present and guidance for future oriented questions. While she relies on the information she receives from Spirit, Maya also believes because of free will, that the future is not set in stone. You agree that no refunds will apply.
Please treat your reading as sacred time and be in a private area like a room where there would be no interruptions. Do not plan on having to rush off somewhere immediately after your reading.
Do not sit in your car, sit outside or be in an area where there is activity or noise for your session. Maya may refuse service under these conditions as these conditions can negatively impact your experience. You agree that no refunds will be issued.
REIKI SESSIONS: You agree that Reiki services provided by Maya is not a cure or meant to replace medical, psychological or veterinary services or treatment. You agree that Maya is not a Medical professional and can not provide a medical diagnosis or prognosis. You agree that no refunds will apply.
You must have a working strong internet connection for Video Conferencing. Divine Hugs® is not responsible for any connectivity issues. Some readings may need to be completed via phone due to technical issues.
You agree to call into one of the numbers provided to finish a session where there are connectivity issues. No rescheduling of readings allowed.
You agree that Maya or any representatives of Divine Hugs will not call you.
You agree that no refunds will apply due to video conference technical difficulties.
Divine Hugs® does not provide recordings of readings.
You may record your session, using your own recording device for personal use only.
Maya is not responsible for issues with recordings to technology issues.
You agree that no refunds will apply.
You do NOT have permission to share any recording(s) or any content from Divine Hugs® with another person(s) or post the recording to any social media, internet or any platform of any kind without the direct written permission from Maya of Divine Hugs®
Refunds: You agree that all payments received are considered final and no refunds will be issued without appropriate notice. All refunds will be subject to a small processing fee that is passed on from the third party processing vendor (PayPal). NO exceptions!
Chargebacks: You agree that you will not file any type of payment disputes and you agree that you will not request any chargebacks, for any reason, once you have received services or any products from Divine Hugs®.
Individual Readings: You agree to provide 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time to reschedule your appointment.
You agree that no refunds will apply if you fail to give appropriate notice.
Private Group Readings: You agree to providing at least a 72 hours notice for private group readings from your scheduled time in the event you need to reschedule. Your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest time available.
You agree that no refunds will apply if you fail to give appropriate notice.
You agree to provide 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time to cancel your individual reading.
You agree that no refunds will apply if you fail to give appropriate notice.
Private Group Readings: You agree to provide at least 5 days notice for private group readings from your scheduled time in the event you need to cancel your reading or group event.
You agree that no refunds will apply if you fail to give appropriate notice.
NOTE: You agree that a refund will NOT be issued for failure to provide a cancellation notice within the specified time frames as noted above.

Maya considers anyone who is 15 minutes late or more for their scheduled appointment time as a “No Show“. She will attempt to reach out to you by email, but she will NOT call you.
NOTE: You agree that a refund will NOT be issued if you fail to show for your appointment. NO Exceptions!
eChecks: You agree that if you pay with an eCheck via PayPal, your appointment time may be rescheduled in order for your check to clear.
No exceptions.
Divine Hugs® reserves the right to reschedule your scheduled appointment time for any reason and at any time.
In the event that Divine Hugs® needs to reschedule your reading, your reading will be rescheduled at the earliest time available.
If for any reason Divine Hugs® needs to cancel your appointment and is unable to reschedule your reading, she will issue a partial or full refund. Refunds will be immediate from PayPal’s end, but subject to your bank’s policies and terms of service.
Divine Hugs® has the right to refuse service to anyone and for any reason.
Pricing: You agree that prices are subject to change without notice.
Your rate will stay the same if you have already paid for and scheduled a reading.
You agree that you may be video taped or audio recorded when you participate in any events or classes held by Maya of Divine Hugs®. You agree that there will be no compensation by participating in these activities. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, you agree and acknowledge these terms and that Divine Hugs® may use this footage to be included in future productions, events, social media and / or any other online platforms for promotional purposes.
By scheduling a reading and / or submitting payment for any products or services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understand and agree to the terms of this agreement and all policies and procedures listed on this website.
